		<description>Kate, sorry about the late reply. I think some hip mobility exercises would certainly benefit. Lots of lunges/ hip flexor stretches, side lunges, active adductor &amp; glute stretches!! 
Some static stretching may also be worth trying.

		<description>I am curious as to whether the hip mobility program could help me - I have a current problem that has included severe tightness in the psoas (rightside) hip flexors, glutes, adductors (amonst others) - all these we believe come from a mistreated overtight psoas creating many problems in addition to the original one. I have active release therapy done weekly to keep me moving but can often feel muscles tightening (it can start in my psoas and move to my thigh or glute area and has often shifted from right side to left). Would love any input to try and get a better handle on my &quot;ticked off body&quot;!</description>
