		<description>I really hope this helps. Ive played soccer all my life and decided I needed something new to keep me active over the winter. So I decided to try out volleyball. Ive always had trouble and pain in my hips and hope these stretches work! Now that I know how low and loose you have got to be! :grin:</description>
